Our commitment to your satisfaction is unwavering. Defective or damaged prints? We'll replace them pronto.

Changed your mind? We will consider returns on a case-by-case basis within 10 days of delivery, since artwork is made specially for your order. 

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your artwork is defective or damaged, take photographs and contact us at help@morepaintgallery.com. 

If we can't replace your item, we'll provide clear instructions on how to return it. We do not accept unsolicited returns. Returns must be in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping fees vary based on the order and range from $0 - $21.99.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, expect a refund to your original payment method. Keep in mind, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
